1. Concept & Event Overview
In celebration of International Women’s Month, I conceptualized and organized “Let’s 3 Glow”, an energetic dance-fitness celebration held under our sub-brand ActiveWoman.
Held at Robinsons Galleria Cebu, the event was created to empower women through fitness, bring together dance communities, and showcase high-performance custom activewear designed and manufactured by Smarties Apparel.
2. Design Strategy & Marketing Collateral
To stand out in social media feeds and physical display areas, I designed all digital posters, banners, and promotional assets with a focus on vibrant contrast, energetic typography, and clear information layout.

Design & Typography Choices:
- Vibrant Neon Aesthetics: Used a neon 3D chrome/glow font for “Let’s 3 Glow” against a rich magenta burst background to match the glow theme and high energy of dance workouts.
- Visual Hierarchy: Positioned celebrity special guest Wowie De Guzman as the main visual anchor, accompanied by host Don Enrico and the lead instructor line-up wearing the official event shirts.
- Conversion-Oriented Layout: Clearly structured registration tiers (P450 Early Bird Rate / P600 Regular Rate) along with itemized package inclusions (T-Shirt, Light Snacks, Drinks, and Raffle Ticket).
3. Organization & Event Execution
Organizing Let’s 3 Glow required end-to-end management spanning talent booking, sponsor acquisition, venue coordination, and merchandise production:
- Venue Partnership: Secured Robinsons Galleria Cebu as the primary venue partner to handle high foot traffic and provide a premier event space.
- Talent & Program Lineup: Booked celebrity dancer Wowie De Guzman as special guest, event host Don Enrico, and a multi-instructor team (Keith, Snap Novz, Lotskie, DM, Oliver, Charlotte, Jenny, Neil, Riginth, Nathalia, Mariza).
- Corporate Sponsorships: Pitched and partnered with key corporate sponsors including Pocari Sweat, IPI (International Pharmaceuticals Inc.), and Nippon Ichipan.
4. Smarties Apparel Integration
As the Official Outfitter, Smarties Apparel produced all official sub-brand apparel for the event:
- Designed and printed full-sublimation, vibrant event t-shirts worn by team instructors and participants.
- Highlighted the ActiveWoman sub-brand to position Smarties Apparel as a top-tier supplier for fitness apparel and customized sportswear.
